THE WOMEN'S REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CONSORTIUM
Picture

The Women’s Real Estate Investment Consortium (WREIC) is an organization that connects accredited female investors to commercial real estate investment opportunities.

Through several conversations with peers and colleagues, Jill Homan and Jenna Howard found that many women were not being invited to invest in commercial real estate deal syndications. Interestingly, many of  the women work actively in commercial real estate, yet were still not invited to participate in the ownership.    To that end, we formed this consortium to share real estate investment opportunities with each other, evaluate the acquisitions, and share connections.

In creating this consortium, we leverage the expertise of our members and learn from each other in order to effectively and wisely invest in real estate. The members personally invest alongside other investors in the acquisition of commercial and multifamily properties through the connections made in this group. We are enthusiastic about the momentum with the goal of empowering women to invest in commercial and multifamily real estate.
